Samuel Ojogbo, PhD. President IGSOBA. Samuel Ojogbo graduated from Ika Grammar School in 1978. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Lagos State University, Master of Laws degree from Western University (formally the University of Western Ontario in Canada) and Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Nottingham. Samuel Ojogbo is the Acting Dean of faculty of Law at the University of Delta Agbor. He is also a Partner and Head of Corporate Governance and Compliance at the Sceptre Law House.
